There is a Matuba in Arlington on Columbia Pike as well but the one in Bethesda has a rotating sushi bar. They have an all you can eat buffet for $13-15 for lunch and $18 for dinner. It is amazing!

This is a small but great restaurant. Very cheap but excellent food. It is all vegetarian and they make great dosas.

This place reminds me the most of being in the Middle East with lots of locals. It gets very crowded on Friday and Saturday nights but has great cheap food and you can also smoke hookah.
